Bird Netting

Netting can be installed but not limited to the underside of Canopies, shed roofs and walls, Verandahs and other areas to block birds access from perching, Roosting or nesting.

Netting can be used to protect the largest industrial canopies and sheds to the smallest veranda or storage room. Nets can be cut to fit around hanging obstructions such as lights and pipes to maintain a continuous physical barrier to keep birds out.

Trapping

To have bird numbers reduced on your site, Trapping may be the best option for you.

A bird trap will be set up on your site and over a 4-week period pre-feeding and trapping will take place. All caught birds are humanly eradicated off site.

If birds become shy of the trap a baiting program can be incorporated into the eradication to improve the numbers removed from site.

Shooting

Shooting pigeons is a fast, humane and cost-effective way to eradicate your bird problem.
Using a .22 calibre FX Maverick air rifle, A licensed shooter will attend your site and shoot as many birds as possible in a pre-determined time frame.

Bird shoots are normally conducted before sunrise or after sunset while the birds are roosting unless they can be trapped in your warehouse or shed. This will increase the numbers eradicated from site.

All communications with SA police in relation to your shoot will be handled by SA Bird Proofing and Eradication.

Bird Spikes

Installing Bird spikes to leading edges of buildings and roosting areas is an easy way to prevent birds perching and fouling the side of your building, shed or structure. Spikes come in a variety of sizes to suite the area they will be installed, and the type of bird being excluded.

Fixing the spike is done using a specialized silicone with great adhesion properties to the bird spike or the spike can be screwed down, depending on your requirements.

Post and Wire

Post and Wire utilizes stainless steel posts fixed to your structure and a spring tensioned wire run between them.

Installing a post and wire system prevents birds from roosting and perching on the leading edges of structures, wooden or steel support beams and parapet walls and windowsills to name a few.

Post and Wire is a discreet method of control when appearances matter.

Solar Mesh
